After over 30 combined years in the local real estate industry we decided that having our own real estate firm would allow us the opportunity to create a business from scratch utilizing the feedback and needs of our past buyers and sellers to assist future clients. By doing this we believe that we have addressed most of the issues that buyers and sellers have brought to our attention and focused on those areas to ensure we provide superior customer satisfaction to each and every client. From 7 day-per-week service to open lines of communication and superior technology, our sellers are kept on top on the market on a daily basis and our buyers learn about new listings meeting their criteria the day they become available.
The term “Next Generation” was chosen for two main reasons. First, this is already a 2-generation family business that we hope will continue to prosper with future generations. Second, our desire to know and implement all new technological tools and resources as soon as they become available puts our clients ahead of other buyers that may have to wait for an agent to bring them a listing or call them with listing information.
Our agents have proven track records as multi-million dollar producers in the Shasta and Tehama County areas and have all been long-time residents of Northern California. We strive to follow the higher code of ethics that Realtors are held to over traditional real estate salespeople and that shows with the high number of past-client referrals we receive each year.
